House rules

• The minimum stay is 4 nights in Dresden and 3 nights in Meissen. Shorter stays are available upon request (short-term booking surcharge for 2 people: €10.00/night, for 3 or more people: €15.00/night).
• Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
• Smoking is prohibited in any of our holiday apartments. Guests are asked to go outside to smoke.
• There is a surcharge for bringing a pet: €6.00 per night. Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome upon request. Please bring your own food bowls, blankets, and other pet supplies.
• The accommodation tax of the city of Dresden and the guest tax of the city of Meißen are not included in the prices shown.
